Acrylic Sealant is a one-component water-based product that cures with moisture in the air, intended to seal small spaces, such as cracks and fissures, for example. It is supplied in white or transparent color and can be painted after curing.
Image01: Method of application Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from dust or grease. 1 Apply masking tape on the sides of the surface, delimiting the area where the product will be applied;
Image02: 2 Cut the end of the tube and screw in the applicator nozzle. Cut the tip of the applicator nozzle at 45° and insert the tube into the application gun;
Image03: 3 Apply sealant to the entire length of the surface in fillets. In bonding jobs, join the parts to be bonded to ensure maximum contact between the surfaces;
Image04: 4 Finish with a spatula. With the job finished, remove the masking tape, and keep the applicator nozzle on the tube until the next application, when it should be removed and cleaned.
