PU SEALANT – GUTTER SEAL

PU Sealant is a one-component polyurethane-based adhesive in gray color with high mechanical strength and permanent flexibility. It is indicated for bonding and sealing various materials in Civil Construction, with a guarantee of high protection against leakage of water, oil, and other fluids.

SPECIFICATIONS

300 ml packaging with 400 g;
Can be applied vertically (does not run off);
After curing, it accepts paint and varnish;
Yields approximately 12 linear meters considering a Ø 5 mm fillet;

Partially cures within 24 hours and fully cures within 7 days.

APLICATIONS

It can be used for gluing and sealing gaps in metal sheets, such as gutters, flashings, drip pans, hoods, and other ducts, or for gluing these same materials to concrete, steel, wood, fiber cement, PVC, ceramics and others.

It is also applicable for sealing holes or cracks in flashings, gutters, and asbestos, ceramic or metallic tiles.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Image01: Method of application Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from dust or grease. 1 Cut the end of the tube and screw in the applicator nozzle. Cut the tip of the applicator nozzle at 45° and place the tube in the dispenser;

Image02: 2 Apply PU Sealant in bead shape;

Image03: 3 Join the parts to be glued together to ensure maximum contact between the surfaces and, if necessary, adjust between the pieces before skin formation;

Image04: 4 Perform finishing.
