The unique function and folding geometry of fischer’s DUOTEC allow it to withstand loads that are quite high for a curved fixing. When multiple fixtures are required, this reduces the number of fixtures and maximizes safety. As a member of the DUO range, DUOTEC is made up of two plastic components. The hard red component of the fixing facilitates consistent load distribution, while the soft gray component prevents the clamping from damaging the panel surface, reducing the load. DUOTEC is installed as a tilting bushing for applications in building panels. The fixing can also be used with an expansion fixing in solid building materials.
