Product Description:

Walsywa MS Sealant is a one-component, moisture-curing hybrid product that combines the adhesion and mechanical strength of PU Sealant with the advantages of silicone sealant.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Image01: Instructions for use The surface must be solid and dry, clean and free from dust or grease. 1 Apply masking tape on the sides of the surfaces, delimiting the area where the product will be applied;

Image02: 2 Cut the end of the tube and screw in the applicator nozzle. Cut the tip of the applicator nozzle at 45° and insert the tube into the application gun;

Image03: 3 Apply sealant to the entire length of the surface in fillets. In bonding jobs, join the parts to be bonded to ensure maximum contact between the surfaces;

Image04: 4 Finish with a spatula. With the job finished, remove the masking tape, and keep the applicator nozzle on the tube until the next application, when it should be removed and cleaned.
