PISTON SYSTEM
The energy released by the power-load deflagration acts directly on the pin, which travels at high speed through the tool barrel towards the base material. In this system, the pin speed exceeds 100 m/s.

The Powder Fastening system is extremely faster than conventional clamping systems, such as those using a bushing and screw. It is a semi-automatic tool for working with power-loads magazines with a capacity of 10 fixations, requiring only manual placement of the pins.
Piston driven by the power-load, driving the pin into the base material. 95% of the energy generated by the deflagration is retained in the piston. Tool pressure against the base material is required for the trigger to work (safety against accidental firing). It can fall from up to 3 meters high without firing.
It can also be regulated by choosing different colors of power-loads, being green (light load), yellow (medium load) and red (strong load).
It has three extenders that can be fully or partially assembled, according to the height at which the pin will be fixed. Possibility of fixing the pin up to 4 meters high.
