CBE/CBEPL ANCHOR BOLT

Product Description:

The CBE and CBEPL anchors (with extender) are mechanical torque expansion anchors, supplied with threaded stud, washer, jacket and cone. Due to its threaded stud, it becomes one of the ideal anchors for fastening façades and Walsywa has one range of diameters ranging from 1/4″ to 1″.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Supplied complete, with threaded stud, nut, washer, jacket and cone;
  • Shiny zinc-coated finish;
  • Indicated for fixing machines, equipment, metal structures and others;
  • Technically perfect expansion;

  • 1/4” Ø anchors offered also with grade 5 stud;
  • Has a stud that facilitates fixing;
  • CBEPL anchor supplied with smooth extension;

** Available with Grade 2 screws or studs (Gr. 2) and grade 5 (Gr.5) For Gr. 5, the average pulling load is 1395 kgf. Tightening torque for Gr. 5 is 25 N.m. Consider safety factors according to the table in the general catalog.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Image01: 1 Drill the hole with the indicated diameter and depth and then clean it;

Image02: 2 Insert the assembled anchor through the hole;

Image03: 3 Tighten the nut with the torque indicated in the table above;

Image04: 4 Loosen the nut, position the part to be clamped and give the final torque.
