Powder fastening is a working system with great agility in application, as it does not require previous drilling, placement of bushings and tightening of screws. With a single action, fastening is carried out quickly, safely, economically, and efficiently.
DIRECT FASTENING SYSTEM
The energy released by the power-load deflagration acts directly on the pin, which travels at high speed through the tool barrel towards the base material. In this system, the pin speed exceeds 150 m/s.
The Powder Fastening system is extremely faster than conventional clamping systems, such as those using a bushing and screw.
Adjustment of the distance between the pin and power-load through the adjustment rod, which allows a reduction in power for use in concrete with reduced resistance. Also regulated by
choosing between white .22 caliber power-loads (medium load) and red .22 caliber power-loads (heavy load).
It has a stamped steel shield with reference grooves for driving pins at predetermined points. Tool pressure against the base material is required for the trigger to work (safety against accidental firing). It can fall from up to 3 meters high without firing.
