WA 230 is a high-performance, non-structural sealing adhesive in paste form, formulated to adhere to a wide variety of materials commonly used in Civil Construction. It has a strong initial “grip” with superior adhesion power, even when applied to vertical surfaces.

SPECIFICATIONS

Ideal for fixing cladding, floors and baseboards made of wood or PVC, aluminum, galvanized steel, concrete, fiber cement boards and others;
300 ml packs for application with common tool.

ASSEMBLY EXAMPLES

Bonding of various elements in Civil Construction, such as fixing PVC pipes, wood on concrete, wooden floors, baseboards of ceramic or stainless-steel vats in marble or granite.

ASSEMBLY METHOD

The WA 230 can be applied in two ways:

Apply the adhesive, join the parts to be glued and press them firmly across the entire surface to transfer the adhesive, then separate them. Let it dry to the touch, approximately 3 to 5 minutes, then put the parts back together, striking with a hammer to ensure greater contact;

Apply the adhesive and join the parts. These must be fixed with clamps, pins, and clips in order to maintain maximum contact at the adhesion points. Keep this fixation for up to 24 hours;
